I have never been to any dentist like this place with such beautiful, friendly staff. I have so much stress trying to book for my niece in-law kids to get her tooth pulled out urgently as it was infected. I booked Tooth Buds but couldn’t get in until the end of January. At Spring Orchid I found a "listening dentist" who allowed time for explanations and discussions. I left with a smiling face and a smiling heart.On 16/3/2020 I texted at 1am for advice, received a reply at 7.30am, given an appointment for 11am, problem resolved at 11.35am, a follow-up call 24 hours later on 17/3! Excellent service and team work by two dentists and one assistant.
